As the former acting municipal prosecutor for the Township of Piscataway, Mr. Goldenfarb has prosecuted thousands of cases. He has also represented individuals who have been charged with various offenses ranging from moving violations and DWI's to criminal charges, such as, possession of drugs and assault.

Motor vehicle violations and criminal charges may be costly, and if you plead guilty or are found guilty to certain charges or offenses, you may owe fines and/or receive points by the DMV and your car insurance company. My goal is to help reduce the points and/or penalties that you may be facing.

Listed below are some of the more "common" offenses that a driver may be charged with. These charges are an over-simplified list. Should you wish to discuss all of the possible penalties and charges, please feel free to contact (877) 8-CAR-LAW.
